All our services (personalized songs, speeches, etc.) are exclusively delivered electronically, by email. No physical shipping is performed.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is generally 12 hours from receipt of the necessary information. However, this timeframe may vary in case of high demand or unforeseen events. MY BESPOKE SONG Records commits to informing the Customer in case of delay.

Required Information

To ensure fast delivery, the Customer must provide all requested information in the order form at the time of purchase. In case of missing information or information provided after the deadline, the delivery time may be extended.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the service is delivered, the Customer will receive a confirmation email. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify receipt of this email and report any issues within 7 days.
